  • Tequila 60 ml
  • OMG Cumin Crush 60 ml
  • Lemon Juice 10 ml
  • Pinch of Rock Salt  


OMG! Frozen Margarita

Step 1: Put all the ingredients and ice cubes in a blender.

Step 2: Blend it well for 30 seconds.

Step 3: Pour it in a margarita glass rimmed with black salt.

Step 4: Garnish the drink with lemon slice on top with cumin powder.

Our new Restaurant Manager at Zanotta who  is also Bar Manager at Rubicon, the young and dynamic Varun Punhani. Varun joined us with more than 7 years of illustrious experience from top hotels of our country, which include the Taj Group and Andaz Hotel (Unit of Hyatt Hotel). After completing B.Sc. in Hospitality Management from the Vinayaka Mission University, Sale with flying colours, he worked with Taj SATS & Delaware North- Australia as a part of the food & beverage team of Commonwealth 2010, catering to 7000 athletes. Every meal session was a wholesome learning experience for him. He went on to work at Vivanta By Taj, Panaji, Goa, where he gained experience in all departments related to food & beverage; such as finance, HR, training, sales, kitchen stewarding, etc. which provided thorough knowledge about the operations and administration required to run restaurants. With his special abilities in detail to attention, decision-making and organizational skills, in a quick span of time he was promoted from Assistant Restaurant Manager to Restaurant Manager. Articulate and persuasive in dealing with all levels of management and diverse clientele, Varun consistently meets and exceeds corporate goals, while also mentoring staff to improve guest satisfaction. We are thrilled to have him as a part of The Leela family and excited to see his value addition to our restaurants.
